the Marketing Operations Specialist
Over my career, I have concluded that marketing operations is where strategy meets execution and that's exactly where I come in. With 5+ years of experience spanning B2B tech org, nonprofit, local businesses and e-commerce, the focus has always been the same: build systems that actually work and make marketing easier to prove.
From workflow automation and data governance to brand strategy and social media, my work covers both sides of marketing. The technical side that makes revenue teams run smoother, and the creative side that helps businesses show up and be taken seriously. A good Marketer once told me, "If you don't understand your brand, the next person won't either, why in the world would they buy your product?"
Outside of work, I am a self-confessed foodie with a serious passion for travel to local gems, and a genuine obsession with learning languages. Communication is the foundation of the human experience. There's something about the way it changes across cultures that never gets old. Every new language is just another way to understand how people think. My approach to work and life is really the same; Stay curious, seek out new perspectives, and never stop learning.
